Post 9 : A Subject you've enjoyed studying this semester.

My favorite subject of this semester was "Comunicación comunitaria" and although it´s a small EFB of one hour and a half, I found it very interesting.

The teacher explained about the community communication study, the union of the people against injustice and how they began to form radios in where all the persons could access and shared her knowledge and experiences.

Also, in every class one of us had than present about community experience like organizations, authors who investigated the subject and interview to people working in community radios or diaries.

I and a partner we did our work about one organization that explaining and teach people of marginalized sectors about your rights, health and violence against women. They organized educational workshops on Monday and Wednesday, many women’s constantly attend.

I feel that I learned much about the community communication and it´s different areas. I had to study the history Latin American and the history of workers that they rose against the repression.

Now the course is coming to finish and the next class we are going to received guest that speak he experience in community media.

I hope to use these contents in the future.
